1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") define the terms and conditions under which users may access the website www.peppol-register.eu (hereinafter the "Site").

Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

The Site offers Belgian companies a registration service on the PEPPOL network.

The user must complete a form with the company information and pay a registration fee of €39 (all taxes included).

After payment is confirmed, the www.peppol-register.eu team will proceed with the PEPPOL registration.

If the information you submitted in the form is correct, you will receive your Peppol ID within 24 hours.

The Site reserves the right to refuse any request containing incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Conditions of Access to Our Services

Access to the Site is free, but use of the Service is subject to payment. The user must:

• be a company legally registered in Belgium;
• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• pay the registration fee before any processing begins.

The Peppol registration fee includes:

• our labour cost of €20;
• a €19 one-year subscription to “CODABOX”.

This subscription is valid for a period of 12 months starting from the day after registration.

30 days before the end of this 12-month period, you will receive an email asking whether you wish to cancel this Codabox subscription or continue it at the price of €19 for an additional year.
This price may change, with 3 months’ prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty and you may switch to another Access Point whenever you wish.

At this time, our Peppol providers are Flowin ⇒ Ibanity ⇒ Codabox (part of KLUWER software). They allow you to send and/or receive up to 1,000 electronic documents per month.

Please note: if you exceed this limit of 1,000 documents per month, you will receive an email warning.

Sending your sales invoices to Peppol must be done via an invoicing / accounting software, and the same applies for receiving your purchase invoices.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service costs €39 (all taxes included), payable online before the form is validated.

Payments are processed securely via our approved payment provider: Mollie.com.

These fees are non-refundable if the registration is successful.

In the event of a technical problem attributable to our Site or to our registration services with Peppol, we will refund the €39 by bank transfer to the company bank account number provided in your registration form.

6. Liability

The Site acts as a technical intermediary to facilitate PEPPOL registration. It cannot be held liable in the event of:

• registration refusal by the PEPPOL authority;
• errors caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user;
• temporary interruption of Peppol services due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The information collected through the form is strictly necessary to process the registration request. It is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The user has the right to request correction and/or deletion of their data by sending us an email.

No data is transferred to third parties, except where required for the technical purposes of the PEPPOL registration.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site (texts, logos, graphics, structure, etc.) is the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
